In February 2021, a Video forum “Dialogue with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (17 + 1)” was organized by the Center for Europe and Latin America of the Chinese Media Group. In the first two episodes, experts from China, Poland, Czech Republic and Croatia, namely Ding Yifan (丁一丹; senior fellow at the Institute of the World Development in the Development Research Center of the State Council), Radek Pyffel (former director of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and director of the Chinese business Department at the Kozminski University), Marek Hrubec (director of the Global Research Center at the Institute of Philosophy of the Czech Academy of Sciences and member of the International Academic Committee at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences China-CEEC), and Zvonimir Stopić (左立明; Lecturer at Zagreb School of Economics and Management and an Assistant Professor at the Capital Normal University), respectively, exchanged their opinions on various challenges cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries will face in the post-epidemic period. The first two episodes was be broadcasted by the French CGTN on 6th and 7th February.
